If you wonder what a half analytical, half creative blend looks like—it’s me, Liz! My career and education have been rich and diverse—accounting, business management, executive leadership, operations, people + culture, culinary, social support work, recruitment, event planning and hospitality.

I am a lover of life, people and am passionate about living with extraordinary hospitality and purpose. I am inspired by entrepreneurial endeavors and often find myself developing, empowering, encouraging, endeavoring alongside entrepreneurs throughout their journeys. I believe that hospitality is wild and restorative, and food is always at the center of my favorite relational interactions, providing nourishment of all kinds.

While in college, I discovered my love of Sociology, which is the study of the development, structure, and functioning of human society. Following this passion has provided me with diverse work experiences that have aided in my expertise of systems and the people that comprise them. These experiences include many years in the restaurant industry, recruiting, accounting, project/office management, non-profit program coordinating, ethnographic research, and owning a successful brick + mortar retail business.

I love people and hearing their stories, visions and future goals for their careers and/or their businesses. I am endlessly fascinated by the way we all bring our creativity, knowledge and talents to our workplaces. They say we spend a third of our life at work, so I consider it a huge privilege to get to make the right connections between employers and employees, and watch people and companies thrive!
